Payment Terms
After clients confirm their booking, they will receive an invoice with all details. To confirm your reservation, we require a 50% deposit payment of the itinerary cost and 100% upfront payment for airline tickets. The balance of payment is due 65 days prior to the commencement date of your itinerary. Bookings made within 65 days prior to departure are subject to full prepayment at the time of confirming the reservation.
Methods of Payment Payments can be made by bank wire/transfer.
Cancellation Policy In the event that you cancel your booking, in full or partially, for any reason whatsoever, **The Hub Tours and Safaris** will levy cancellation charges as defined below:
After your booking has been confirmed, should you wish to make any changes to your itinerary or request an earlier departure date, we will make every effort to accommodate your requests based on availability. However, any changes will incur an additional fee of €150.
Website Pricing All prices published on **TheHubTours.com** are per person, based on two persons (unless otherwise stated), and quoted in US dollars (US$). Costs such as obtaining passports or visas, border taxes (if applicable), tips for guides, drivers, and hotel staff, insurance, additional excursions, or personal expenses are not included in the itinerary cost. Discount rates for children or peak rates during high/festive seasons are also excluded.
All prices on the website should be used as guidelines only. The Hub Tours and Safaris cannot be held responsible for any changes or pricing errors. Specific costs will be included in the final invoice. The quotations are valid for two weeks.
Travel Documents You will receive all travel documents (vouchers, e-tickets, luggage labels, and flyers) two weeks before departure.
Insurances It is the sole responsibility of the guest to ensure they carry the correct comprehensive travel and medical insurance to cover themselves, as well as any dependents/traveling companions, for the duration of their trip to Tanzania. This insurance should include medical expenses and repatriation expenses. Optional insurances include coverage for cancellation or curtailment of the safari, emergency evacuation expenses (flying doctors), and damage/theft/loss of personal baggage, money, and goods.

Passports and Visas It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure that passports and visas are valid for the countries visited. Most nationalities can obtain a tourist visa on arrival in Tanzania at the border/airport ($50 per person, US citizens $100 per person). This tourist visa is valid for a period of three months. You can also obtain your visa in advance at the embassy in your home country.
Please ensure your passport has at least six months of validity beyond your final day of travel. The Hub Tours and Safaris cannot be held liable for any visas not obtained by the guest, nor for the costs of acquiring visas.
Check Names Please check the names on your invoice carefully when you receive it. Should you need to make a name change three or more days after receiving the invoice, an additional fee of €125 will apply.
Booking with The Hub Tours and Safaris signifies acceptance of the above Terms and Conditions.
